With a 6 week old baby G rearin' to get out and see the world, we joined J's fam. for a trip of a lifetime in the Hawaiian islands.
We made all the rounds - visiting 4 islands - to see as much as we could. In 10 days, we flew on 10 flights, spent 36 hours at airports and on planes, and clocked who knows how many miles! And Grant was a champ the entire time!
We visited Pearl Harbor
Grant took his first dip in the ocean!
Went to the Dole plantation
The Polynesian Cultural Center
Enjoyed some shave ice
Enjoyed the local cuisine
Blessed our baby boy!
Went to a Luau
And, of course, Grant got to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa!
(and all of his aunts and uncles)
Took G for his first swim!
Went Para-sailing!
Saw some waterfalls.
Took a helicopter tour!
Went shopping.
Went snorkeling!
Saw a volcano
Went to a black sand beach
Went to the temple!
And threw our leis in the ocean in hopes to return again some day
We had the time of our lives! Thank you ma and pa and everyone else who made this trip one for the memory books! Can't wait to see ya'll again soon!

Lucky! Thanks for reminding me that I want to go to Hawaii again! Very brave of you to go with a new baby, and I'm sure it wasn't all fun and stress-free, but I'm glad you guys had a great time together!
