Today we received a lovely package in the mail...

Baby G, of course, appreciated the packaging.
Oh, and I will mention
that minutes after taking this shot
the babe managed his way out of the
"inescapable" Bumbo chair, face planting it on the kitchen floor.

Guess this means he has graduated the chair.:)

Well little man- you made it! We love you and are so excited to have & hold you. While it had already been one week- we have learned so much, including changing your diaper in the dark.:) you are sleepy a lot, but when awake- love to engage in a conversation and are already smiling! you place everything on hold when you hear our voices and turn your head to find our eyes...i still sit & stare at you, wondering what you are thinking and how close you are to our Heavenly Father. I can feel your strong-willed, stubborn, fidgety spirit fill our home & know you will grow to become a good, respected & well liked young man. your cheeks are becoming more round & your chin had doubled, and each day you give me a kissy face that reminds me all over of why I love you.
