The Best Birthday Ever!!

Thanks everyone for the best birthday ever!
Bee surprised me with a fancy dinner at a Brazilian restaurant which is all about the meat!

She also surprised me with a steady flow of gifts collected from around the country (aka purchased online and/or mailed to us from family). Thanks everyone for the great gifts!

Every year, the only thing I ask for on my birthday is a chocolate cake. This year, Bee gave me the best homemade chocolate cake I think I've ever had! It was delicious!!! Thanks for the recipe Miss Kim!

However, the big present this year was my Lasik surgery! I had the surgery the day after my birthday and am loving the results. I posted some videos of the experience.

The only drawback is that I have to wear these blasted goggles at night for the next week. I don't necessarily care how ridiculous they make me look, but it's so annoying when you're trying to sleep.

Today is Bee's birthday and I want everyone to know that
I love Bee.

She is such a fantastic friend, shining support, wonderful wife, exquisite example, beautiful bride, and much more. I am so thankful that she was led into my life and that she gave me a chance to talk her into dating me. I look forward to every chance we have to be together and celebrate life.
