Another Hoffmann baby miracle! After confirming with the Dr. that Bee was in fact pregnant again and was already 16 weeks along with a baby girl, we revealed the news to the happy older siblings. Joshua stuffed our suitcase with 3 pink balloons with an ultrasound attached to each one. Then he placed it in front of them, saying "there is a surprise inside, but it's a clue to what the actual surprise is that will be coming later."
Once the suitcase was opened and the balloons flew up, Grant caught one of the ultrasound pictures and asked, "um. we are having a baby?"
"yeah! You guessed it!"
" we are???"
"yeah!"
"this family??" while pointing to himself in amazement.
then after pondering it some more, he asked "um, where's the baby?!"
i love his brilliant, logical mind! :)
